Dear Mr. Lettieri,
I haven't even seen the wedding book yet, (although I've looked through more than 800 previews!) but I wanted to thank you for the wonderful way you handled everything at Rebecca's wedding on May 25. I've had many family members and guests comment to me about how unobtrusively and pleasantly you did your job that day, and I'm sure they will be even more impressed when they actually see the wonderful photos.
As a nervous mother-of-the-bride, I particularly appreciate your calm and positive manner. I remember thinking that one thing I didn't have to worry about was the photographer, and that you treated this wedding as something that was very special, even though this is something you do all of the time. I kind of knew that would be the case, based on our initial meeting with you, after which--probably before we stepped off of the studio porch--Rebecca told me, "This is who I want to photograph my wedding!"
As I said, I have looked through the previews online and they are really beautiful. I know Rebecca and John are pleased, although I do not envy them the task of selecting their favorites.
I would think one of the satisfactions of what you do is knowing that you have brought joy to other people, and I did want you to know that you have made this bride and groom, and their family and friends, very, very happy.

It’s been a while, I have been meaning to write to let you know how much we love our photos. Our book is magnificent. It truly captured the whole day. You seemed to not miss a thing even though it was only you there. You were amazing. Our guests loved you and all have asked for your information so you’ll be happy to know that I passed it on to them all. Your customer service is greatly appreciated on our end, you made us feel like we were VIP. We hope you had fun at our wedding and we hope to be able to work with you again in the future.

Rob, as the days go by, I am even more blown away by the pictures of our wedding. I always knew that they would be special, but not quite like this. I never had any idea about what kind of wedding I would have or who I would marry, but I always knew that you would be behind the camera lens. Thank you again for everything.
